Come vi abbiamo preannunciato, presto sarà portata in assemblea la mozione di chiusura dell’Associazione Mirò. È stata una decisione a nostro avviso necessaria, non solo per i cambiamenti che porterà l’ingresso in campo delle norme della Riforma del Terzo Settore, ma anche perché crediamo che sia più efficace unire le forze piuttosto che mettere insieme forze singole, che restano legate ciascuna ai propri interessi.
La decisione di chiudere un’associazione comporta il dovere di devolvere il patrimonio residuo dell’ente ad un altro Ente o Associazione che persegua finalità sociali o culturali analoghe, ma come vi avevamo preannunciato, per l’Associazione Mirò questa chiusura non sarà proprio la fine.
Pensiamo infatti che sarebbe un grandissimo peccato perdere il “bagaglio” di esperienze e di iniziative che l’Associazione ha creato e coltivato nella sua attività, come ad esempio il concorso letterario “Voci di Notte” o progetti di mail art.
Per questo porteremo in Assemblea la mozione di devolvere anche questo patrimonio culturale, che comprende la gestione e gli archivi di tutte le iniziative dell’Associazione Mirò, ad un ente associativo no profit che ha lo scopo di operare per la cultura in Monferrato con un nuovo spirito e una nuova visione, e che si impegnerà a portare avanti i progetti culturali e artistici creati dall’Associazione Mirò, per non disperderne il patrimonio culturale e portarli anche a fare un salto di qualità.
A questo ente potrà essere devoluta anche la gestione dei profili social dell’Associazione Mirò su Facebook, Twitter e Instagram, per mantenere la continuità di informazioni sulle iniziative culturali che porterà avanti.
L’Associazione Mirò sarà quindi come un seme, un seme che è riuscito a germogliare e che ora verrà trapiantato in un terreno più fertile affinché possa crescere e dare nuovi frutti.

In our opinion, it was a necessary decision, not only because of the changes that will bring the rules of the Third Sector Reform into the field, but also because we believe that it is more effective to join forces rather than to put together single forces, which remain linked each to their own interests.
The decision to close an association involves the duty to donate the residual assets to another association that pursues similar social or cultural purposes, but as we had announced, for the Association Mirò this closure will not be the end.
In fact, we think that it would be a great pity to lose the “baggage” of experiences and initiatives that the Association has created and cultivated in its activity, such as the “Voci di Notte” literary contest or the mail art projects.
This is why we will bring to the Assembly the motion to donate this cultural heritage, which includes the management and archives of all the initiatives of the Association Mirò, to a non-profit association that aims to work for culture in Monferrato with a new spirit and a new vision, and that it will undertake to carry on the cultural and artistic projects created by the Association Mirò, in order not to lose its cultural heritage and also lead them to make a qualitative leap.
The management of the social profiles of the Association Mirò on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram may also be donated to this body, to maintain the continuity of information on the cultural initiatives that it will carry out.
The Association Miro will therefore be like a seed, a seed that has managed to germinate and which will now be transplanted into more fertile soil so that it can grow and bear new fruit.
