Vi abbiamo parlato nel precedente post dell’avvento della Riforma del Terzo Settore, del fatto che operare seguendo questa nuova normativa non sarà affatto semplice, e che gli enti associativi si troveranno di fronte a dover fare delle scelte, ma soprattutto che le associazioni dovranno adottare una nuova mentalità gestionale imprenditoriale, e una struttura solida e credibile.
Ed inoltre, che l’esperienza della pandemia di Covid-19 ci ha fatto capire che gli Enti no profit devono anche saper pensare a nuove strategie e nuove forme di socialità per poter continuare ad essere operativi e a dare il proprio contributo nonostante le possibili difficoltà e restrizioni.
In 6 anni di attività, l’Associazione Mirò è partita da un piccolo nucleo di associati e da un piccolo paesino del Monferrato ed è riuscita a portare avanti diverse iniziative culturali che hanno avuto un crescente riscontro negli anni, come il concorso letterario “Voci di Notte”, al quale hanno partecipato centinaia di scrittori da tutta Italia, o i recenti progetti di Mail art, ai quali hanno aderito artisti da oltre 20 Paesi del Mondo, o la promozione dei “Presepi in Valcerrina”. Abbiamo costruito delle basi, ma anche instaurato interessanti e belle collaborazioni, sia con altri enti che con volontari, e ampliato le nostre prospettive.
Tutto questo ci ha portato a sentire che è giunto il momento di crescere, di fare un salto di qualità, di migliorarci a livello strutturale e di pensare più in grande, ma tutto ciò comporta un cambiamento che non è alla portata dell’attuale struttura dell’Associazione, nata come un ente legato al proprio piccolo paese.
Per crescere e per adeguarsi alla Riforma del Terzo Settore la nostra associazione dovrebbe operare una radicale trasformazione, a partire dal cambio di denominazione e tipologia di associazione, e una completa revisione dello statuto e delle modalità di gestione. Vogliamo fare di più, ma questo sarebbe un cambiamento che purtroppo sarebbe troppo complesso da sostenere per la nostra realtà.
Per il momento vi anticipiamo che sarà presto portata in assemblea la mozione di chiusura dell’Associazione Mirò, ma anche che questa non sarà proprio la fine! Seguiteci!
We talked to you in the previous post about the advent of the Third Sector Reform, of the fact that operating according to this new legislation will not be easy at all, and that the associations will have to make choices, but above all that the associations will have to adopt a new entrepreneurial management mentality, and a solid and credible structure.
And also, that the experience of the Covid-19 pandemic has made us understand that non-profit organizations must also be able to think about new strategies and new forms of sociality in order to continue to be operational and give their contribution despite the possible difficulties and restrictions.
In 6 years of activity, the Association Mirò started from a small group of associates and from a small village in Monferrato and has managed to carry out various cultural initiatives that have had growing success over the years, such as the literary contest “Voci di Notte”, which was attended by hundreds of writers from all over Italy, or the recent Mail art projects, to which artists from over 20 countries around the world have joined, or the promotion of “Presepi in Valcerrina”. We have built foundations, but also established interesting and beautiful collaborations, both with other organizations and with volunteers, and broadened our perspectives.
All this has led us to feel that the time has come to grow, to take a qualitative leap, to improve ourselves on a structural level and to think bigger, but all this involves a change that is not within the reach of the current structure of the Association, born as a body linked to its own small town.
To grow and adapt to the Third Sector Reform, our association should make a radical transformation, starting with the change of name and type of association, and a complete revision of the statute and management methods. We want to do more, but this would be a change that unfortunately would be too complex for our reality to sustain.
For the moment we anticipate that the closing motion of the Association Miro will soon be brought to the assembly, but also that this will not be the end! Follow us!
