A seguito dell’emergenza Covid-19, per non gravare eccessivamente sul servizio postale, l’Associazione Mirò ha deciso di modificare alcuni punti del progetto di arte postale internazionale dedicato al tema “Flora – Alberi, piante, fiori ed erbe nella nostra vita”.
Abbiamo deciso in particolare di aggiungere la possibilità di inviare le cartoline anche in FORMATO DIGITALE via MAIL, all’indirizzo vocidinotte@hotmail.com (oppure alla mail: assmiro@libero.it – dimensione minima: almeno 1.000 pixel nel lato più corto).
L’Associazione provvederà a stampare le cartoline digitali per le esposizioni in programma. Se, al termine delle misure contingenti dovute all’emergenza, qualcuno volesse inviare comunque le cartoline anche in versione cartacea, in tal caso saranno esposte le cartoline originali.
Il progetto viene anche prorogato e diviso in due diverse “fasi” con due diverse date di scadenza.
– 1° Fase con Scadenza il 12 giugno 2020. Tutte le cartoline pervenute entro tale data saranno pubblicate nell’antologia del concorso letterario “Voci di Notte” e saranno esposte durante la serata di premiazioni del concorso il 29 Agosto 2020 e in occasioni future.
– 2° Fase con Scadenza il 18 settembre 2020. Le cartoline pervenute entro tale data saranno solo esposte in occasioni future (probabilmente in autunno), ma non potranno essere pubblicate nell’antologia.
Tutte le cartoline vengono comunque pubblicate in un album apposito su Facebook.

Per lo stesso motivo, suggeriamo anche ai partecipanti alla 6° edizione del concorso letterario per opere inedite “Voci di Notte” sullo stesso tema di prediligere l’invio tramite mail.
Informiamo inoltre che la Fiera Monferrato Green Farm organizzata dalla D&N Eventi e che avrebbe dovuto svolgersi il primo week-end di aprile presso il PalaFiere – Polo Fieristico Riccardo Coppo a Casale Monferrato (AL), è stata rimandata per le disposizioni ministeriali di contenimento del Covid-19. Nella Fiera avrebbero dovuto essere promosse le iniziative annuali dell’Associazione legate alle tematiche green dell’evento. Al momento lo svolgimento della Fiera è previsto indicativamente per l’autunno (forse ad ottobre), ma sapremo darvi maggiori informazioni quando saranno stabilite le date definitive, ovviamente quando la situazione renderà possibile farlo.
La nostra intenzione, allo stato attuale e se le previsioni saranno in qualche modo confermate, è di partecipare, e di esporre nell’occasione tutte le cartoline ricevute per il progetto mail art. La Fiera in ogni caso vi terrà compagnia anche nelle date previste, dal 3 al 5 aprile 2020, con una serie di appuntamenti online, che potrete seguire tramite il sito e i canali social dell’evento.
Following the Covid-19 emergency, in order to do not excessively burden the postal service, the Associazione Mirò has decided to modify some points of the international Mail Art project dedicated to the theme “Flora – Trees, plants, flowers and herbs in our life” .
We decided in particular to add the possibility of sending the postcards also in DIGITAL FORMAT via MAIL, to the address vocidinotte@hotmail.com (or to the email: assmiro@libero.it – minimum size: at least 1.000 pixels on the shorter side).The Association will print the digital postcards for the scheduled exhibitions. If, at the end of the contingent measures due to the emergency, someone would like to send the postcards also in paper version, in this case it will be displayed the original postcards.
The project is also extended and divided into two different “phases” with two different deadlines.
– 1st Phase with Deadline by June 12, 2020. All postcards received by that date will be published in the anthology of the literary contest and will be exhibited during the awards ceremony on 29 August 2020 and on future occasions.
– 2nd Phase with Deadline by 18 September 2020. Postcards received by this date will be only exhibited on future occasions (probably in the autumn), but cannot be published in the anthology.

We also inform you that the Monferrato Green Farm Fair organized by D&N Eventi and that it should have taken place on the first weekend of April at the PalaFiere – Polo Fieristico Riccardo Coppo in Casale Monferrato (AL), has been postponed due to the ministerial provisions for containing Covid-19. The Association’s annual initiatives linked to the green issues of the event should have been promoted at the Fair. At the moment the fair is scheduled to take place in the autumn (perhaps in October), but we will be able to give you more information when the final dates are established, obviously when the situation will make it possible to do so.
Our intention, at the actual state and if the forecasts will be confirmed in some way, is to participate, and to display on the occasion all the postcards received for the mail art project. In any case, the Fair will keep you company also on the scheduled dates, from 3 to 5 April 2020, with a series of online appointments, which you can follow through the site and the social channels of the event.
