Vi annunciamo che è aperto il bando della 4° edizione del concorso letterario per opere inedite “Voci di Notte”, organizzato dall’Associazione Mirò, che quest’anno è dedicato al tema: “Super Food – Sapori, Territori, Emozioni e Poteri del Cibo”. Tale tema è stato scelto in onore dell’Anno del Cibo Italiano istituito per il 2018 dal Ministero dei Beni Culturali e del Turismo, un anno che vuole valorizzare e promuovere il ricco patrimonio enogastronomico italiano e il legame tra cibo, arte e paesaggio, che rappresentano i migliori attrattori culturali del nostro Paese, un patrimonio di cui è molto ricco il Monferrato. Anche quest’anno l’Associazione Mirò ha deciso di legare al proprio concorso la possibilità di dare visibilità ad alcune aziende monferrine, legate al cibo e al territorio. Il bando del concorso è dunque promosso con la collaborazione de La Cucina di Annalisa di Terruggia, della Azienda Agricola Casa Costa di Murisengo e della Azienda Agricola Marco Bianco di Camino Monferrato, a cui è dedicato l’hashtag #EatMonferrato.
Il cibo non è solo un elemento di cultura, ma anche un veicolo di creatività, emozioni ed esperienze, ed il motivo per cui ci è sembrato un argomento interessante, che apre a molteplici sfaccettature.
Il tema “Super Food”, ovvero “Super Cibo” vuole esprimere e racchiudere tutta la forza ispiratrice e nutritrice del cibo. I cosiddetti superfood sono alimenti che hanno un contenuto di nutrienti superiore alla media, ma più che all’aspetto puramente organolettico, il tema “Super Food” punta al cibo come scoperta di sapori nuovi o familiari, al cibo quale simbolo di luoghi, tradizioni e territori, del cibo come veicolo di emozioni e ricordi, al cibo come forza motrice di esperienze ed avventure.
La partecipazione al concorso letterario è libera e gratuita, e vi possono partecipare poeti e scrittori sia italiani che stranieri con 1 sola opera dedicata al tema suddetto, sotto forma di racconto, favola, fiaba o lettera, (lunghezza massima 9.000 battute spazi compresi in carattere Times New Roman, dimensione 12, interlinea 1,0, circa 2 pagine di Word) oppure sotto forma di poesia (massimo 30 versi).
Le opere (stampate o in formato Word) devono essere inviate con la scheda di iscrizione debitamente compilata e da una fotocopia o scansione di un documento d’identità. Per motivi organizzativi, in caso di partecipanti minorenni, allegare copia o scansione del documento d’identità del genitore o tutore firmatario della liberatoria. L’assenza di uno o più di questi dati implica la non ammissione al concorso.
Quest’anno abbiamo deciso di anticipare il termine di consegna per agevolare le votazioni della giuria, perciò il termine di consegna delle opere è Venerdì 15 giugno 2018 alle ore 24.00.
Anche nella giuria c’è una novità, di cui siamo molto lieti. Si aggiunge ai giurati della scorsa edizione, gli scrittori Fioly Bocca, Luca Montarolo, Elisabetta Raviola e Davide Ursi, il libraio Alessandro Montarolo e il presidente dell’Associazione Mirò Laura Chiarello, la scrittrice Maura Maffei, autrice di numerosi romanzi e pubblicazioni, insegnante, soprano lirico ed esperta erborista e di lingua gaelica.
La giuria esaminerà le opere pervenute e designerà le migliori, riservandosi il diritto di assegnare eventualmente ulteriori menzioni e riconoscimenti ad opere meritevoli.
Alcune delle opere partecipanti saranno lette nell’ambito dell’evento “Voci di Notte” una serata di premiazioni in notturna che si svolgerà a Villamiroglio Sabato 25 agosto 2018.
Nella stessa serata sarà presentata l’antologia delle 100 migliori opere, pubblicata a cura dell’Associazione.

We announce that is open the notice the 4th edition of the literary contest for unpublisched work “Voci di Notte”, organized by the Association Mirò, this year dedicated to the theme : “Super Food – Flavors, Territories, Emotions and Powers of Food”. This theme was chosen in honor of the Italian Food Year established for 2018 by the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism, a year that aims to enhance and promote the rich Italian food and wine heritage and the link between food, art and landscape, which represent the best cultural attractions of our country, a heritage of which the Monferrato is very rich. Also this year the Association Mirò decided to tied the contest to the possibility to give visibility to some Monferrato companies related to food and territory. The notice of the contest is so promoted with the collaboration of the La Cucina di Annalisa of Terruggia, the Azienda Agricola Casa Costa of Murisengo and the Azienda Agricola Marco Bianco of Camino Monferrato, to wich we have dedicated the hastag #EatMonferrato.
Food is not just an element of culture, but also a vehicle for creativity, emotions and experiences, and this is the reason why it seemed to us an interesting theme, which opens to many facets.
The theme “Super Food” wants to express and encompass all the inspiring and nourishing powers of food. The so-called superfoods are foods that have a nutrient content higher than the average, but more than the purely organoleptic aspects, the theme “Super Food” points to food as a discovery of new or familiar flavors, to food as a symbol of places, traditions and territories, of food as a vehicle of emotions and memories, to food as a driving force of experiences and adventures.
The participation to the literary contest is free, and can participate poets and writers both Italians and foreigners with 1 single work, in the form of story, fable, fairy tale or letter (maximum length 9.000 characters spaces included in Times New Roman dimension 12,interline 1,0, about 2 pages in Word) or in the form of poem (maximum 30 lines).
The works (printed or Word format) must be accompanied by regulation with the entry form duly filled in and a photocopy or scan of identity card. For organizational reasons, in case of underage participants, attach a copy or scan of the identity card of the parent or guardian that signs the release. The absence of one or more of these data implies the non admission to the competition.
This year we decided to bring forward the delivery deadline to facilitate the jury votes, so the the entry deadline of the works is Friday, June 15, 2018 at 0,00AM.
Also in the jury there is a novelty, of which we are very pleased. It is added to the jurors of the last edition, the writers Fioly Bocca, Luca Montarolo, Elisabetta Raviola and Davide Ursi, the bookseller Alessandro Montarolo and the president of Association Mirò, Laura Chiarello, the writer Maura Maffei, author of numerous novels and publications, teacher, lyric soprano and expert herbalist and of Gaelic language.
The jury will examine the works received and designate the best, reserving the right to eventually assign additional mentions and awards to deserving works.
Some of the works will be read during “Voci di Notte” a night event with the awards ceremony that will take place in Villamiroglio Saturday, August 25, 2018.
