Nel corso del 2016 l’Associazione ha realizzato diversi eventi e iniziative artistiche e letterarie, che hanno prodotto uscite pari a 2.203,91€. Per la realizzazione del concorso letterario “Voci di Notte – TerraMia” le spese sono state in totale 566€, comprensive della pubblicazione dell’antologia. La pubblicazione del volume dedicato alla figura di Achille Miroglio è invece costata 1.013,31€. Altre uscite sono state dovute a oneri finanziari per 299,41€, e spese amministrative, postali e promozionali per 324,59€. Sono stati ricavati 656,40€ dalla vendita dei libri e dalle manifestazioni, a cui vanno aggiunti altri 350€ di fondo libri. Il tesseramento ha prodotto 70€, mentre gli aderenti all’iniziativa “Natale in Valcerrina” hanno versato 70€ a copertura della loro quota di spese promozionali. I soci hanno contribuito con 1.000€ alle spese di pubblicazione dei volumi realizzati. Il totale delle entrate è pari a 2.210,61€, che portano il bilancio in lieve attivo. Il bilancio è stato aggiornato nella pagina del Rendiconto finanziario nel sito dell’Associazione.
Stiamo intanto lavorando per organizzare le iniziative 2017. Come già preannunciato entro il mese di marzo sarà indetto il bando del 3° Concorso letterario per opere di narrativa e poesia inedite “Voci di Notte”. Per ora possiamo solo anticiparvi che è confermata la giuria della scorsa edizione, tutte le altre informazioni saranno rese note con la pubblicazione del bando. Abbiamo poi in programma una importante vetrina culturale per aprile, e pertanto abbiamo dovuto decidere, a malincuore, che non è possibile organizzare nella prossima primavera l’estemporanea di pittura, che era stata molto gradita, ma speriamo comunque di poterla mettere in programma magari in autunno.
Intanto possiamo anticiparvi che il volume “Un Granatiere tra i Granatieri che fecero l’Italia”, realizzato da Laura Chiarello e pubblicato a cura dell’Associazione Mirò in occasione del 150° anniversario della morte del tenente conte Achille Miroglio di Moncestino, sarà presentato in primavera a Casale Monferrato e nella sede del Centro Studi Piemontesi a Torino, in entrambe le occasioni con la collaborazione di importati studiosi e ricercatori storici. A breve vi daremo tutte le informazioni, e valuteremo la messa in programma di altre iniziative, compresa la 2° edizione di “Natale in Valcerrina”.
Ricordiamo anche ai nostri soci e per chi volesse diventarlo, che è aperto il tesseramento 2017. La vostra adesione, con il versamento della quota annuale, ci aiuterà a sostenere le iniziative in programma per il 2017, e magari riuscire a proporne altre, ed in qualità di soci potrete partecipare attivamente alle attività dell’Associazione. During the 2016 the Association has made several artistic and literary events and initiatives, which have produced outputs amounted to 2.203,91€. For the realization of literary contest “Voci di Notte – TerraMia” expenses are been in total 566€, including the amount spent for the publication of the anthology. The publication of the book dedicated to the figure of Achille Miroglio is rather costed € 1,013.31. Other releases were due to finance costs for € 299.41, and administrative and postal costs for € 324,59.
They were obtained € 656.40 from the sale of books and events, to which must be added € 350 of bottom books. The membership has produced € 70, while participating to the initiative “Natale in Valcerrina” have paid € 70 to cover their share of promotional expenses. The founders have contributed with € 1,000 to the cost of publications of the books realized. The total incoming amount is € 2.210,61, bringing the budget slightly on surplus. The financial statements have been updated in the Cash Flow Statement page in the Association’s website.
Meanwhile, we are working to organize the initiatives of 2017. As previously announced within the month of March will be held the announcement of the 3rd Literary Contest for unpublished works of fiction and poetry “Voci di Notte”. For now we can only anticipate that is confirmed the jury of the last edition, all other information will be announced with the publication of the announcement. We have planned a major cultural showcase for April, so we had to decide, reluctantly, that can not be organized in the spring of the extemporaneous painting meeting, which was very welcomed, but we hope nevertheless to be able to schedule it perhaps in Autumn.
We anticipate that the volume “Un Granatiere tra i Granatieri che fecero l’Italia“, realized by Laura Chiarello and published by the Association Mirò to mark the 150th anniversary of the death of the Count lieutenant Achille Miroglio di Moncestino, will be presented in spring in Casale Monferrato and the headquarters of the Centro Studi Piemontesi in Turin, on both occasions with the collaboration of imported scholars and historical researchers. Soon we will give you all the information, and we will assess the implementation of other initiatives program, including the 2nd edition of “Natale in Valcerrina”.
We also remember our members and for those who want to become it, that is already open the 2017 membership of the Association Miro’. Your membership, with the paying of the annual fee, will help us to support the initiatives planned for the 2017, and maybe to add others, and as members you can actively participate in the activities.
