È stato rintracciato il luogo in cui i “soliti ignoti” hanno tentato di liberarsi del pannello con la natività e quello del logo di Natale in Valcerrina rubati in Via Romagnoli a Vallegioliti. I pezzi dei due pannelli sono stati individuati tra i rovi nel fosso del rio in località Arduana, in territorio di Moncestino, lungo la strada per Verrua Savoia, all’imbocco dell’argine che protegge la frazione Ganoia. Data la loro posizione e lo stato di conservazione, e considerando la nevicata avvenuta subito dopo il furto, sembra poco probabile che la refurtiva si trovi lì sin dalla sua sparizione, forse più probabilmente il tentativo di disfarsi dei pannelli è avvenuto nell’ultima settimana, dopo Natale.
Il pannello è stato segato in 4 parti, tutte recuperate. Dal tipo e dall’andamento del taglio, probabilmente è stata utilizzata un sega circolare a mano o un altro attrezzo similare, non sembra infatti un taglio riconducibile ad una sega a nastro o ad un seghetto alternativo. Anche il logo è stato spezzato, e ne mancano alcune parti, può darsi si siano frantumate quando è stato rotto, oppure sono andate perse nel trasporto o fra i rovi, essendo piccole e leggere.
Mancano invece all’appello i picchetti di sostegno. Oltre a questo l’unico “bottino” che si sono tenuti i “soliti ignoti” sono le 4 viti ad occhiello per i sostegni. Probabilmente gli è costata di più la corrente per segare il pannello….
Il fatto che sia il pannello che il logo siano stati ora ritrovati a pezzi comunque pare confermare l’intento puramente delittuoso del gesto. Il ritrovamento è stato segnalato ai Carabinieri di Gabiano, e stiamo già lavorando per ricostruire il pannello per l’anno prossimo.

Was identified the place where the “unknown persons” had try to get rid of the panel with the nativity and the one with the logo of Natale in Valcerrina stolen in Via Romagnoli in Vallegioliti. The pieces of the two panels are been find between the brambles in the ditch of the stream in locality Arduana, in the territory of Moncestino, along the road towards Verrua Savoia, at the entrance of the bank protecting the hamlet Ganoia. Due the position of the pieces and their state of preservation, and considering the snowfall of the day after the theft, looks not much probable that the booty can be there since the day it was stolen, maybe more probably the attempt to get rid of the panel happened in the last week, after Christmas.
The panel was sawn into 4 parts, all recuperated. Due the type and the performance of the cutting, probably it was used a circular hand saw or another similar tool, it does not seem in fact a cut made with a band saw or a jig saw. Also the logo has been broken, and some parts are missing, they may have been crushed when it was broken, or lost during the transport or between the thorns, being so small and light.
However, fail to respons the support pickets. Apart from this, the only “booty” that get the “usual suspects” are the four eyed screw for the support. Probably it costs more the power for sawing the panel….
The fact that both the panel and the logo are been found now in pieces anyways looks like confirming the purely criminal intent of the act. The found was reported to the Carabineers of Gabiano and we are already working to to rebuild the panel for next year.
